Annual reviews provide feedback to associates on specific work assignments and allow a dialogue about the associate's career, balance of assignments and other work issues. We also encourage informal feedback at all times, in particular during and after individual assignments throughout the year.
All non-partners are also asked to evaluate partners on an annual basis. This information is collected anonymously and is taken into account in the partner review process.
