
Each summer associate participates in an exit interview during his or her last week at the firm. At this time offers of full-time employment are extended. The summer program is the primary source for our full-time hiring, and we typically give offers to each member of the summer class.
During the exit interview, the reviewing partner and the summer associate discuss the feedback the summer received from supervising lawyers and explore the summer associate’s career goals, with a particular focus on which department the summer associate would like to join upon return to the firm as an associate.
