Mr. Buti is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Buti received his Diploma in European Law from the University of Toulouse (France) in 1998 and in 2002 received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Genoa (Italy). In 2007, he received his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a native speaker of Italian, and is fluent in Spanish and French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Buti was an associate at Ashurst from 2002 to 2006, where he focused on acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions.
