Mr. Chibber is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department and works in the Menlo Park office. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has represented individual and corporate clients in a variety of antitrust, securities, regulatory, professional liability, and general commercial litigation matters. His recent representations include a global investment bank in a securities class action lawsuit; a nationwide communications company in multiple antitrust cases at the district and circuit court levels, as well as in a merger review before the FTC; a pharmaceutical major in a suit involving allegations of price fixing; a national law firm in a professional liability suit; various corporations in internal investigations and compliance reviews; and corporate investigations by the SEC, DOJ, and New York Attorney General.

Mr. Chibber graduated from Dartmouth College in 1997 and in 2005 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was an editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is admitted to the bars of California, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Chibber was a management consultant with Monitor Group from 1997 to 2002.
