Mr. Delia is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Structured Equities Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Delia graduated, cum laude, from Duke University in 1996 and in 2000 received his M.P.P. from Georgetown University. In 2007, he received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. He served as a legislative assistant to the Honorable Thomas C. Sawyer, U.S. House of Representatives, Ohio-14, from 2000 to 2003 and the Honorable Edolphus Towns, U.S. House of Representatives, New York-10, from 2003 to 2005.
