Ms. Fulop is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Derivatives Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, she has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group and the Investment Management Group.

Ms. Fulop graduated from Swarthmore College in 2002 and in 2005 received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a member of the Virginia Law Review. Ms. Fulop is admitted to the bar of New York. She is a native speaker of Romanian and fluent in German and Italian.
