Mr. Ibrahim is a member of Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department, practicing in the firm’s Equity Derivatives Group. He has extensive experience in the development and execution of new and innovative financial products. Recently, his practice focused on (i) over-the-counter derivative products and solutions, ranging from financing transactions to hedging strategies; (ii) mandatory and optional convertible securities issued in the capital markets (including related or imbedded derivative transactions) and (iii) equity-linked, credit-linked and commodity-linked products, including synthetic exchangeable securities offered under registered and non-registered platforms.

He joined Davis Polk in 1998 and became partner in 2006.

Mr. Ibrahim graduated, with honors, from Brown University in 1993 and in 1997 received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an editor of the Virginia Law Review and the Virginia Journal of International Law. He clerked for the Honorable Collins J. Seitz, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, from 1997 to 1998. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
