Mr. Kuyumjian is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Kuyumjian received his B.Eng. in 1998 and in 2002 received his LL.B. and B.C.L., with great distinction, each from McGill University. In 2005 he received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York. Mr. Kuyumjian is a native speaker of Armenian, fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.

Before joining Davis Polk, he was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell from 2002 to 2004.
