Mr. Fu is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Hong Kong office. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Fu graduated from Fudan University in 1989 and in 1998 received his Ph.D. from Washington University. In 2004 he received his J.D. from the University of California-Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was executive editor of recent developments (2002-2003) and annual review adviser (2003-2004) of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. He is admitted to the bar of California. He is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghainese.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Fu was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom from 2004 to 2005.
