Mr. Lele is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2000, he has completed a rotation in the Derivatives Group.

Mr. Lele graduated, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1997 and in 2000 received his J.D. from Yale Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
