Mr. Macleod is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Macleod graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2002 and in 2007 received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the NYU Annual Survey of American Law.
