Ms. Derryberry is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, she has completed a rotation in the Financial Institutions Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Derryberry graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002 and in 2005 received her J.D. from Cornell Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
