Mr. Schlichter is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Schlichter graduated, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2002 and in 2005 received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was executive editor of the Michigan Law Review and recipient of the Jason L. Honigman Award. He clerked for the Honorable David R. Herndon, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois, from 2005 to 2006. He is admitted to the bars of New York, Missouri and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
