Ms. Kyle is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. She joined Davis Polk in 2002. Her recent M&A transactions include the $21 billion purchase of LaSalle Bank by Bank of America; the $1.3 billion purchase of Jacuzzi Brands by Apollo; the $450 million merger of SITEL Corporation and ClientLogic; the $1.5 billion acquisition of Kraft Foods’ non-chocolate confectionary business by Wrigley; and the $640 million tender offer by Oracle for Retek. Ms. Kyle has also represented private equity investors and their portfolio companies. She has recently represented DLJ Merchant Banking, Metalmark Capital and Tailwind Capital Partners in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings.

Ms. Kyle graduated, Phi Beta Kappa, from Wesleyan University in 1996 and in 2002 received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
