Mr. Weinstein is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Weinstein graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard University in 2002 and in 2007 he received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an articles editor of the Yale Journal of International Law.
