Ms. Chen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Chen graduated, magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 2002 and in 2005 received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is a native speaker of Mandarin and Taiwanese, and is proficient in French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Chen was an associate at Clifford Chance from 2005 to 2007.
