Ms. Becchina is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. She joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Ms. Becchina received her B.A. in 1989 and her M.S. in 1991, both summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. In 1995 she received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a senior editor of the Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She is admitted to the bar of New York.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Becchina was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison from 1995 to 1997; counsel at the Clinton Group from 1997 to 1998; and an associate at Roberts and Holland from 1998 to 2005.
