Ms. Ruiz is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. She joined Davis Polk in 2005 and worked in the Menlo Park office from 2005 to 2007.

Ms. Ruiz graduated from Yale University in 2001 and in 2005 received her J.D. from Yale Law School. She is admitted to the bar of California.

Before joining Davis Polk, she was a program manager at Global Access Corporation from 2001 to 2002.
