Ms. Russakoff is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Ms. Russakoff graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and in 2006 received her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

She is the author of “The Evolution of Equitable Distribution in New York,” 62 Annual Survey of American Law 607 (2007).
