Mr. Baker is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Hong Kong office. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Baker graduated from the University of Kansas in 2000 and in 2006 received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is proficient in Mandarin.
