Mr. Blackburn is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He was an associate at Davis Polk from 2004 to 2006 and rejoined the firm in 2007.

Mr. Blackburn graduated, magna cum laude, from Baylor University in 2000 and in 2004 received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale International Law Journal. He clerked for the Honorable Alvin W. Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut from 2006 to 2007. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a native speaker of Spanish and is conversant in Mandarin.
