Ms. Lucyk is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Environmental Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, she has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group and the Credit Group.

Ms. Lucyk graduated, summa cum laude, from Princeton University in 2001 and in 2005 received her J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from New York University School of Law, where she was a Pomeroy Scholar, a Butler Scholar and a member of the law review. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
