Mr. Mitchell is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Mitchell graduated from Rice University in 1998 and in 2005 received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
