Ms. Moring is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Frankfurt office. She joined Davis Polk in 2001.

Ms. Moring advises issuers and underwriters on corporate finance transactions and provides advice on U.S. securities laws. She also advises asset management companies and placement agents on compliance with U.S. investment company regulations. Recently, she advised OMV, an integrated Central European oil and gas company, in connection with a global share and convertible notes offering. Most recently, she worked on a three-tier master-feeder restructuring of a registered fund of hedge funds.

She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in 1998 and in 2001 received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Ms. Moring is admitted to the bar of New York. She is a native speaker of Czech, is fluent in Slovak and proficient in German.
