Mr. Rooder is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Rooder graduated from the University at Albany in 1998 and in 2006 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review. He clerked for the Honorable Henry B. Pitman, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Rooder is admitted to the bar of New York.
