Mr. O’Callaghan is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Investment Management Group.

Mr. O’Callaghan graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2001 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
