Ms. Graham is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Graham graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Vanderbilt University in 2003 and in 2007 received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
