Ms. Chen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2004, she has completed a rotation in the Investment Management Group and the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Chen graduated, with distinction, from Yale University in 1997. In 2004 she received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her Master of International Affairs  from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. She is admitted to the bar of New York and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
