Mr. Lee is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Lee received his M.Eng. from Imperial College London in 1998 and in 2007 received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an Internet and technology editor of the Journal of International Economic Law.

He is conversant in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
