Ms. Lawson is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2002.

Ms. Lawson graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1997 and in 2002 received her J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. She is admitted to the bar of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
