Ms. Conway is a member of Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. She focuses on investment management matters, including the formation and operation of private equity funds, hedge funds, mutual funds and other pooled investment vehicles. Her practice includes partnership matters and international tax matters.

Ms. Conway joined Davis Polk in 1986 and became counsel in 1998. She practiced in the Washington, D.C., office from 1986 to 1990 and in the Paris office from 1990 to 1993. She became a partner in 2007.

She graduated, cum laude, from Princeton University in 1977 and in 1985 received her J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from University of Pennsylvania, where she was comment editor of the law review. She clerked for the Honorable Edward R. Becker, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, from 1985 to 1986. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
