Ms. Perry is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. She joined Davis Polk in 2008.

Ms. Perry graduated, with honors, from Stanford University in 2001 and in 2007 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a managing editor of the Columbia Business Law Review, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Kent Scholar. Ms. Perry became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2004. She is admitted to the bar of New York and is a member of the New York City Bar.

Before joining Davis Polk, she was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore from 2007 to 2008. Ms. Perry was an account management associate at BlackRock in their New York and San Francisco offices from 2001 to 2004.
