Mr. Phillips is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Phillips graduated, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2003 and in 2006 received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was associate editor of the law review. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is conversant in French.
