Mr. Roche is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Roche graduated, Phi Beta Kapp, from The Johns Hopkins University in 2000 and in 2005 received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an executive editor of The Virginia Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

He is the author of “A Litigation Association Model to Aggregate Mass Tort Claims for Adjudication,” 91 Va. L. Rev. 1463 (2005).
