Mr. Stewart is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Real Estate Group.

Mr. Stewart graduated, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Indiana University in 2003 and in 2006 received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He clerked for the Honorable John G. Heyburn II, U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky, from 2006 to 2007. He is admitted to the bars of New York and Kentucky.
