Ms. Frederick is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Ms. Frederick graduated, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 2000 and in 2006 received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an articles editor for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. She is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a native speaker of Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
