Mr. Chung is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Chung graduated from Harvard College in 2000 and in 2003 received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He clerked for the Honorable Norman H. Stahl, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit, from 2003 to 2004, and for the Honorable Michael B. Mukasey, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 2004 to 2005. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
