Ms. DeBergalis is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Trusts and Estates Department. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group.

Ms. DeBergalis graduated, cum laude, from Yale University in 2002 and in 2007 received her J.D. from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
