Mr. Glover is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2006 and worked in the Madrid office from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Glover graduated, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2002 and in 2006 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Columbia Business Law Review, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Hamilton Fellow. He is admitted to the bar of New York. Mr. Glover is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
