Mr. Hutchins is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group.

Mr. Hutchins graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2001 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
