Mr. Kahn is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. Since joining Davis Polk in 2003, he has represented individuals and institutions in a variety of civil, criminal and regulatory matters. Recent representations include a major pharmaceutical company in litigation related to product marketing, a leading financial institution in connection with price-fixing allegations and securities class action cases involving pharmaceutical and financial companies.

He has also worked on a number of pro bono matters, including a murder trial. He has taken numerous depositions, prepared witnesses for depositions and for trial, and written legal briefs.

Mr. Kahn graduated, summa cum laude, from Cornell University in 2000 and in 2003 received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
