Mr. Klein is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Insolvency and Restructuring Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Klein received his A.B. in 1999 and M.A. in accounting in 2000 from the University of Michigan. In 2007, he received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was the business editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
