Mr. Schwartz is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2002.

Mr. Schwartz graduated, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1999 and in 2002 received his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was a notes editor of the New York University Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
