Mr. Stier is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2004.

Mr. Stier graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999 and in 2003 received his J.D., summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He clerked for the Honorable John M. Walker Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, from 2003 to 2004. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is proficient in Spanish.
