Mr. Cohen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2005 and worked in the Paris office from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Cohen received his D.E.S.S. de droit des affaires et fiscalité, D.J.C.E, and Magistère de droit des affaires from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (France) and his C.A.P.A. from the Centre Régional de Formation Professionnelle des Avocats, Lyon, in 2001. He received his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. He is qualified as an avocat of the Paris bar and is a native speaker of French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Cohen was an associate in the corporate department of Linklaters from 2003 to 2005. He was on secondment to the Bucharest office of Linklaters for five months.
