Mr. Moss is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Moss graduated, magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 2000 and in 2002 received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he was a senior editor of Law and Contemporary Problems. He clerked for the Honorable Marvin Katz, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, from 2003 to 2005. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
