Ms. Friedland is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Friedland graduated, cum laude, from Yale University in 2003 and in 2007 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a member of the Columbia Business Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
