Ms. Hanratty is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Environmental Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, she has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Hanratty graduated, magna cum laude, from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2000 and in 2006 received her J.D., cum laude, from Duke Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
