Mr. Entwisle is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Tokyo office. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has advised on a variety of public and private corporate finance transactions, including initial public, primary and secondary offerings of common stock, debt offerings and SEC disclosure. Transactions he has worked on recently include advising Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Citigroup as joint book running lead managers in the offering of $500 million of senior notes by AIFUL Corporation; Aozora Bank on its $3.1 billion initial public offering of common stock; UBS Investment Bank and Citigroup as international joint lead managers in an $855 million secondary offering of Mitsui Trust Holdings common stock; and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Financial Group on its $5.3 billion common stock offering.

Mr. Entwisle graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997, received his A.M. from Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Science in 1999 and in 2004 received his J.D. and LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is fluent in Japanese.

Before joining Davis Polk, he was an associate at Morrison & Foerster from 2004 to 2005.
