Ms. Kaya is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Credit Group.

Ms. Kaya graduated from Queen’s School of Business (Canada) in 2003 and in 2007 received her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she was the recipient of the Patricia Julia Myhal writing award. She is fluent in Turkish and is proficient in French.

She is the author of “Derivatives Contracts in Insolvency,” for which she received the Insolvency Institute of Canada’s 2006 writing award.
